At Parul Gupta, every product and service is created with care and intention. We appreciate your support of small business and ask that you read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Finding Magic in Your Mess Cards)
All decks are checked and packed carefully before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@parulgupta.com.au within 7 days of receiving it, including photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please note:
Refunds are not offered for change of mind.
Colour and texture variations may occur due to printing and lighting differences.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
DIGITAL SERVICES (Coaching, Readings, Mentorship)
All digital and live services are non-refundable once booked, as they involve preparation and personalisation.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
ORDER ISSUES
If an order is lost or delayed, we will liaise with the carrier to resolve it. Refunds or replacements for lost items will be processed only after a carrier investigation confirms loss.
If the wrong shipping address was entered at checkout, refunds cannot be issued.
